Pierre-Paul Jacquet is a Partner based in our London office, where he leads our Energy & Infrastructure due diligence group. With expertise in cross-border buy-side and sell-side due diligence, he manages client relationships in the UK while coordinating projects across various teams and work streams as required for transactions. He advises global corporate and private equity firms on cross-border acquisition and investment projects spanning multiple jurisdictions, drawing on over 19 years of transaction execution experience. Previously, Pierre-Paul established Forvis Mazars’ Financial Advisory practice in Asia Pacific while working in France and Singapore since 2011. His portfolio includes over 200 projects in sectors such as transport & logistics, renewable energy, and engineering.
