Philippe Bozier is a Partner based in our Paris office. He heads the Infrastructure & Project Finance division at Forvis Mazars in France, where he leverages more than 25 years of extensive financial advisory expertise. His career spans over 15 years dedicated to advising on cross-border Public-Private Partnerships and infrastructure transactions across Europe and Africa. Philippe specialises in structuring and financing large-scale infrastructure and energy projects, offering strategic counsel to both governmental bodies and private investors. His portfolio boasts over 90 successfully executed deals across Europe and Africa. In addition to his advisory role, Philippe brings valuable hands-on experience from his tenure as a country CFO at Alstom Transport, contributing deep industry knowledge and practical insights to his advisory practice.
