Julian Macmillan is a director based in our London office. He brings over 10 years of valuation experience and plays a pivotal role as the relationship director for key fund clients, ensuring that our valuation processes and outcomes align closely with their specific needs throughout fundraising and deployment phases. Julian’s areas of focus encompass renewables, core & non-core infrastructure, and housing sectors. Notably, he has been responsible for ongoing and new loan valuations for Gravis Capital Management’s £1.5bn infrastructure funds since 2009. His clientele also includes Brussels Airport, a global infrastructure fund managing a substantial portfolio of power plants in the Americas, as well as a global infrastructure fund specializing in transport assets, and Equitix, among others.
