Harris Waseem is a director based in our London office. Harris brings nearly two decades of extensive corporate advisory and transaction experience to his role as co-head of Forvis Mazars’ national restructuring advisory practice. His expertise spans turnaround strategies, restructuring initiatives, and transaction advisory across diverse sectors. Before joining Forvis Mazars, Harris served as the Advisory lead for London at RSM for three years. Prior to that, he spent over a decade with PwC’s deals advisory team, specialising in large and intricate transactions. Known for leading multi-disciplinary teams, Harris focuses on developing projection and forecast models, analysing key commercial drivers, and implementing strategies to manage associated risks effectively.
