Ben Morris is a Partner based in our London office. He leads the Infrastructure Finance Advisory and Valuation team, bringing over a decade of expertise in M&A, financing, and valuations across energy, transport, and PFI/PPP sectors, he has collaborated extensively with major utilities, infrastructure funds, and lenders on numerous closed transactions. Ben has notably led large teams in significant multi-asset cross-border acquisitions. In his role as infrastructure valuations partner, he oversees the approval of the majority of our reports for major listed and unlisted funds. This includes ongoing valuation reports for GCP Infrastructure Investments, GCP Asset Backed Income Fund, and two Global Infrastructure funds, as well as numerous single asset valuations for various clients.
